I cannot overstate the importance of this piece of writing, describing as it does, the heart of the fraudulent $cience that is viroLIEgy.
It’s astonishing but true that the entire published collection of papers claiming to have “isolated” viruses are missing the appropriate control experiments.
I’ve around 40 full, peer reviewed papers. I wasn’t very interested in publication because they’re not currency in commercial R&D, only in academia. But this I know: you cannot get anything published in any journal I’ve ever read that lacks the right control experiments. The use of controls (for the thing you’re interested in) is at the HEART of “the scientific method”, that post-Enlightenment process that we’ve agreed is the only way we can probe the physical world.
The lack of controls in virology is in turn at the heart of the deception. It’s not complicated, just unbelievable to any published scientist. Yet there we have it.

If not, then this is very important for understanding the fakery that is virology.
Essentially, claims to have grown viruses in cell cultures and to have observed the toxic effects of these alleged viruses on the cells in culture, all rely on something that is so antithetical to the scientific method that, when it was first described to me, I simply didn’t believe them.
The missing piece? Control experiments. Virology papers featuring claims of “isolation” of a particular virus all involve adding a clinical sample that the investigators assumed contained said virus to cells in culture.
A few days later, the cells start to die off and cellular fragments appear in the liquid the cells are sitting in. Those fragments are visualised using electron microscopy and after printing out the “best” images, arrows are placed, directing the reader to the tiny structures, claiming them to be “a virus”.
But in no paper will you find cells cultured identically, to which the clinical sample is NOT added. Just to see what happens if no clinical sample is added. You’d be forgiven for thinking, as I did, that it’s an invalid experiment if you don’t include this comparison, called a negative control. And you’d be right. It is invalid. It’s not adherent even to the most basic rules of what is called “the scientific method”.
But such negative controls are ALWAYS MISSING in virology where cell cultures are used to declare “isolation of a virus”.
This private group have paid to run the negative controls. Many of them, in fact.
What happens next is crucial to understand. Well, the cells, handled exactly as described in the virological literature and as detailed by the central authority providing the reference cells (these are called “cell lines”) used in these kinds of study, behaved exactly the same as in the published virology studies. They begin to die. The cells begin to disintegrate. These fragments of cells, when imaged using electron microscopy, yield tiny structures looking identical to those claimed in the literature to be viruses.
In other words, the very processes which you *must* follow (according to the practises of this claimed scientific discipline) give exactly the same results (cell death & production of subcellular claimed virus-like objects) even if you add no clinical sample claimed to contain viruses.
It is plainly fraud. None of these papers should pass muster of “peer review”. I’ve published myself & been a peer reviewer of others’ submitted manuscripts. I assure you, nothing I ever submitted or reviewed would have been published, in the absence of relevant controls.
These are not optional. If you don’t run the proper controls, you cannot claim ANYTHING from the other experiments.
Obviously, I have not checked the methods section of every virological paper in which “isolation” is claimed, to confirm for myself that they NEVER include the necessary “no virus added” negative controls. I’m assured by those who have checked scores of such papers and negative controls are never included.
Based on that, all such claims to “virus isolation” are null and void & since it’s clearly intentional, it is deliberate fraud. No virus has even been “isolated”.
Please note that those who conceived of these studies did not do them themselves. They went to contract research labs (CROs), who conducted the cell culture studies as described & other specialised CROs performed the electron microscopy. So there’s no question of the investigators having “tilted the table” in any way.

I don’t subscribe to the “viruses don’t exist” camp, because at any moment, theoretically at least, someone might prove that one virus exists.
Your description is more precise, and it’s “No virus has been proven scientifically to exist”. So I’m in the “no evidence of viruses” camp. Because there’s no evidence that they exist. There’s lots of very bad science, including the cell culture method described by Sarah.
When I was first told about the lack of controls, I too dismissed it.
Why? Because peer review OUGHT to reject out of hand any paper submitted for publication that lacked appropriate controls.
Here’s the thing. Peer review does not reject such manuscripts, instead approving them for publication.
The literature is awash with papers lacking basic control studies.
It turns out that, if you run such controls (meaning no purported virus was added to the cells in culture) you get the same results.
The falling apart of the cells is an unavoidable consequence of the way they’re treated, and has nothing at all to do with the alleged “cytopathic effect” of alleged viruses.

This basic experiment, transmission of symptoms, or contagion, has been tried dozens of times over a CENTURY.
They all failed to show transmission of symptoms.
Please find an exception.
For me, it was coming across this trove of empirical evidence that pushed me to the conclusion that acute respiratory illnesses are non-infectious in nature and also not contagious.
Why hasn’t this evidence ever featured in a mainstream media report?
I think the answer is obvious. It destroys the basis of fear-control.

I'm down with what ur saying Sarah and what Jamie Alexander is doing, love it, and open to the ideas. But something makes people sick on a regular basis everywhere in the world...hopefully that can then be explained as in depth as this current reasearch.

Endogenous illnesses. Acute respiratory illnesses are established not to be infectious or contagious.
Therefore, their origins must be endogenous.

1. They often don’t. But nobody keeps notes of the number of times they’re “exposed” to someone with a “viral illness”, yet don’t go on to become sick.
2. Apparent contagion is explained by (a) coincidence. We develop acute respiratory illnesses like colds quite often. When you do, most people think back to the last person they came across who looked sick and decide they “caught it” from them. Did you know that when clinical investigators have sought to demonstrate that transmission of symptoms every, they never can? Not in 100+ years of trying. Also (b) when people genuinely do become ill close in time to someone they’re close to, it’s shared environmental factors that caused then both to become unwell.

Interview with Jamie Andrews, who I don’t know personally, but who I’ve very recently been in touch with.
Jamie ran a series of elegant and fundamental lab experiments which replicate the conditions you’ll find are always used in alleged “isolation of viruses”. Strangely, these always involve adding a sample purporting to contain the alleged virus to cells growing in culture (an absolutely basic lab technique, which I’ve done myself many times).
Some days later, the cells begin to die and characteristic changes in appearance begin. It’s this change that they call “cytopathic effect” of the alleged virus. They see small objects which can be visualised using electron microscopy, and these images get printed & an arrowhead is placed pointing at what the authors claim is “the virus”.
With me so far?
Guess what happens when you run this exact same experiment, but you don’t add the clinical sample purporting to contain the alleged virus?
