In Africa, US, and other Western occupation troops are declared undesirable and are gradually being thrown out. In the Gulf of Aden, the Houthi militias are bombing Israeli ships without the US or its vassals being able to stop them. . In Ukraine, all war efforts against Russia have been controlled by the United States since the Maidan Putsch in 2014. And yet, the United States has so far not been able to weaken Russia in this dirty deputy war. On the contrary. The more the United States improves in Ukraine to prevent the impending defeat of the Selenski regime, the more the military pressure of the Russian armed forces can be felt. While the NATO forces are stagnating, a modernization process of warfare takes place on the Russian side, which is breathtaking and teaches the West fear. And with the completely undiplomatic, unconditional support of the genocide in the Gaza Strip, the United States isolating itself in the Middle East in the long term.

So threatens a "billing with the West"?

It took a long time before the bad news has also arrived in the academic circles of the United States. But now the respected political scientist Michael Brenner from the Johns Hopkins University speaks. Brenner is retired and no longer has to take a leaf out of his mouth. His essay entitled: "The billing for the West?" has caused a sensation.

Will the day of billing for the western elites come soon? Well: As it sounds into the forest, it sounds out again. Countless unimaginably brutal raids from the United States were carried out against foreign countries, whose only offences consisted that they had wealth that the US-elite wanted to tap. That has never been forgotten. With concentrated fists, the peoples had to watch again and again how functioning, beautiful countries were transformed into smoking piles of rubble. But now ascending great powers such as China, India, Russia, Iran, or Brazil are able to rush to help their oppressed neighbours. The age of impunity for the US empire is over.

However, the elites of the western vassal civilization have not yet heard the drums from the desert. However, Michael Brenner from the Johns Hopkins University issues a devastating testimony to the western elites when he says:

“The leaders of the West are experiencing two overwhelming events: namely their defeat in Ukraine and the genocide in Palestine. The first experience is humiliating, the second is shameful. Well, they do not feel humiliation or shame. Their actions clearly show that these sensations are foreign to them. They are incapable of breaking through the milled barriers of their dogmas, arrangements and deeply seated uncertainties. The latter sensations are equally personal and political. There is a mystery. Because of this, the West has embarked on a path of the collective suicide. Moral suicide in Gaza. Diplomatic suicide - the basics were laid in Europe, the Middle East and in Eurasia. Economic suicide, because the global financial system controlled by the dollar, in danger. There is also the deindustrialization of Europe. This is not an edifying picture. Surprisingly, this self-destruction takes place in the absence of any major trauma - whether now inside or on the outside. " <1>

So let's talk about the decline of imperies.

Michael Brenner describes the classic symptoms of the intellectual constitution of the tumbling elites of low -aware imperies. This can also be spinned about this: A prolonged period of unchallenged monopoly of power leads to a weakening of the hegemon’s vigilance.

Increasing self-righteousness spreads. Apparently there is no longer any reason to subject your own achievements to a critical examination and, if necessary, to carry out painful changes. A phase of increasing decadence and a breastfeeding of the customs is now taking place. In ancient Rome there were the thick senators who led a goose feather in the throat in the case of food laids so that after the emptying, the masses of delicacies were again able to bring their own throat.

In the outgoing American empire, we see the naked president's son Hunter Biden lighting his crack pipe over a prostitute and having his photo taken.

Since the time of the Enlightenment, historians have started to explore the laws of decline of once invincible empires. The first important attempt in this direction was made by the English historian Edward Gibbon. In his imposing work "Decay and fall of the Roman Empire", Gibbon tries to provide an explanation <2>. The Christian state church had absorbed too much strength from the empire. And the constant back and forth between Christianity and attempts to revive the former pagan state religion had destabilized the empire from the inside.

The German historian Oswald Spengler even tried to extract general rules for the rise and decline of great empires from the events at the beginning of the twentieth century. His monumental work "The Fall of the West" depressed his contemporaries because Spengler clearly said that the colonial rule of the white man was also ended in the foreseeable future forever in Stein <3>. With astonishing detailed knowledge, Spengler described the ups and downs of such rich as Egypt, China, India, Spain, Portugal, France or Great Britain. Spengler saw it as natural that all imperies like biological beings would go through a childhood, youth, adulthood, aging, decay and death. Inevitably. At the beginning, he sees the growth age of the empires, which he calls the age of "culture". This phase is characterized by an explosion of creativity and by carefully working out the characteristics of this empire. After the summit point, the decline phase, which Spengler refers to as "civilization", is initially imperceptible. Everything that previously proportioned small and well -proportioned now appears in a larger dimension. A levelled mass culture. But basically everything is only bigger, more numerous than in the young phase of "culture". Like a balloon that is further inflated, and which is getting bigger and bigger to finally burst. Only the death of this hegemonic kingdom often does not manifest itself through a large bang, but rather through a quiet, slim implosion. The slacked Roman Empire was overwhelmed and looted by the wild hordes of Alarich.

The Roman Empire had not been defeated by a quickly growing challenger. Until the advent of the Holy Roman Empire of the German nation, Europe was in a power vacuum. The migration constantly revealed new, equally wild and unused peoples on the scene. The civilization standard of ancient Greeks and Romans has not yet been reached for many centuries. Meanwhile, sheep grazed peacefully in the once so loud, blood -drinking colossus.

However, apart from Spengler, you can list some very manifest factors for the decline of the Roman Empire. There was, and that seems very familiar to us, the armamered budget at the Romans. And for the legionaries left out of active service, more and more land in Italy had to be wiped off. A growing proletariat in and around Rome had to be constantly kept happy with bread and games. The clientelism grew.

Oswald Spengler's colossal draft from the fall of the West has a whole series of weaknesses. Spengler postulates that all imperies would run the laws of birth, growth, adult, age, age, and death roughly according to the same script. However, we can see very clearly that some empires only lasted a short period of a few centuries, while the Chinese Empire, for example, lasted several millennia and has now regained strength after a break of about one hundred and fifty years. The Egyptian Empire also lasted for at least two millennia. France, on the other hand, only experienced a brief period of prosperity under the Sun King Louis XIV. After that, the British Empire began to push France to suppress from all important places.

Therefore, British historian Arnold Toynbee took up the Spengler's ball. Yes, there are phases of the ascent and decline of imperies. However, this biography of the imperies is extremely different in individual cases. And it does not live in the decline of the rich. The exchange with the surrounding environment is crucial, as a society progresses. And then it is also crucial how the layer of power acts. For example, the Eskimos could not develop because the extreme challenges of nature do not leave a place for activities that go beyond bare survival. The same applies to Toynbee for the islanders of Polynesia. Or for nomadic peoples. However, the nomadic Mongol peoples were able to subjugate the people of Central Eurasia for at least two hundred years.

In his twelve -volume main work "A Study of History", which Toynbee put on paper between 1934 and 1961, he analysed a total of twenty-one civilizations <4>. At Toynbee, the main act of drama is the world empire: birth, growth, times of difficulties, universal condition and finally dissolution. These empires are either short-lived or durable. They either emerged from themselves, or they are the rebirth of a civilization that has already been lost. It is also crucial how the imperies are shaped by the underlying religions. And whether the religions have integrated people of different ethnic groups and races. Or whether religion strictly based on a certain ethnicity. From the beginning, Islam has been open to all ethnic groups and breeds: Islam is now widespread in Indonesia.

The Catholic Church, on the other hand, only began to recognize the missionary peoples with the Jesuit order, what will benefit her very much today. Because while the church is shrinking in Europe, the greatest momentum in the Catholic Church comes from Latin America or Africa today. In contrast, according to Toynbee, Protestantism and Judaism are limited to certain ethnic groups.

As we have already noted above, Arnold Toynbee also assumes that the decline and death of a civilization are not so much caused by external factors, but that the decline almost always has inner causes. As it should be for an Englishman, Toynbee does not focus on the large mass of the population, but on the elites of the respective country. He calls this group of people the "creative minority". As long as this elite is indeed creative, civilization is going up. But at some point the point occurs where this minority is no longer creative, but only celebrates its old achievements. Where stagnating compatibility uses, this elite degenerates into a purely "ruling minority". The elites just not notice that the surroundings, the outside world, have changed. Inflexible and self-righteous is simply continued as always. Now, however, the decline does not have to be used immediately. Such civilization can remain in a state of "petrification" for a very long time. Toynbee refers to Ancient Egypt. But at some point the sophisticated crash comes. Finally, the Egyptian empire was swept through the Romans in 30 BC with the death of the last Pharaoh, Cleopatra.

In 1987, British historian Paul Kennedy delivered a larger opus on the subject. Kennedy was very influential and has already advised US presidents and elite in the United States. If you read your work, however, you have to come to the conclusion that not a single one was heard from this advice from Kennedy. Paul Kennedy's monumental work means: "Ascension and fall of the big powers" (English: The Rise and the Fall of the Great Powers ") <5>. Subtitles: economic change and military conflicts from 1500 to 2000). So this is no longer about great universal history. This is very precise about the relationship between what a great power strives for militarily and politically, and what is available to this great power in terms of its economic and social possibilities. And this is historically limited, starting from the Habsburg Empire via France, Great Britain, Germany, and the United States.

Firstly, the financial assets of a state play a crucial role. Great Britain was able to acquire money much more easily than the competing powers. This is how Great Britain over France won the upper hand. In the nineteenth century, Great Britain was able to expand its position through the combination of superior financial strength with growing industrialization. The following factors play a crucial role in the twentieth century: population, productivity rate, urbanization, the development of iron and steel production, and the degree of industrialization, based on the population. Here, Germany already passed the UK around the turn of the century (1900). But the First World War enabled England and France to stop the German ascent. Germany then achieved enormous dynamics again before World War II. Then, however, the United States was able to stop Germany again within a short time by a clever coordination of its resources. The United States could then master the world as the only nation. However, their share of the output of the global economy tends to shrink to the economic development of the other countries. At the same time, the US military bases have become increasingly numerous over the entire globe. And with that, the costs for the military have been raised. For Paul Kennedy, this is a clear signal of the approaching decline of the United States. Of course, the money is missing for the development of a civilian economy. According to Kennedy, this leads to a downward spiral of less growth, higher taxes, in -depth inner divisions about the priorities of the (state) expenses, and a declining ability to shoulder the burdens of the defence budget. " <6>

Because of this wise knowledge, he gives the powerful advice to the elites of the United States:

“The task of standing in front of which American statesmen in the coming decades is to recognize that profound developments are aimed at. And that there is a need to handle things in such a way that the relative loss of the American position is slow and smooth. And that this trend is not accelerated by a policy that only brings in short -term advantages, but it does nothing but disadvantages in the long run. ” <7>

Obviously, Kennedy's clever advice from the elites of the USA came across deaf ears. The current policy of the United States accelerates exactly the self-destructive tendencies that Kennedy has warned.

This reminds us, all of us with a good reason for the conditions in the United States. US President Dwight D. Eisenhower, which was largely underestimated in collective memory, did not get tired throughout his life to warn against the emergence of a military-industrial complex. The expression of "military-industrial complex" was a creation of Eisenhower. The world war general from a German Pacific family meant that the military would penetrate all areas of society. Science, economy, media, politics: everything would only be about the military, work for the military, live on the military. John F. Kennedy, as Eisenhower's successor, then tried to divert the resources for the military into space, so to speak, and to sublimate the forces of destruction. As the attempt ended, it is generally known.

Today, the United States spends around 3.5 percent of its annual economic output for the military. The defence budget of about one trillion dollar in the current financial year does not necessarily give a guarantee for the world's best armed forces in the world. Because years ago, military experts have roughly warned the US government: we have never spent as much money on armour as it is today. And never before have so many branches of the US military been inoperable. The reasons, according to the military experts: On the one hand, every congress member who agrees to a new armaments project also wants to branch off a small part of the order volume into his constituency. Conclusion: It would not be the best manufacturers who would be chosen, but rather those who fit into the political situation.

So we see: Which luminaries always ask in historical research and philosophy of history: it is clear that no gigantic superpower has existed forever. And we also see that a lack of self-criticism of the elites was very often the cause of the deploying decay of the great powers. Social injustices are added, which are drastically tightened in decline. All of this together ultimately causes the magical regression.

We learn from history how we do the future better.

The Covid Operation itself covers many objectives: Pre-emption of and disguising the reasons for the the massive economic implosion of 2019; acceleration of the largest upwards transfer of wealth in human history; justification for and entrenchment of the Bio-Security State, including AI surveillance across multiple sectors of society and much more.

Together, these organizations in lockstep with governments and Intel agencies form a powerful, interconnected network that shapes global health policies, at the expense of true public health and national sovereignty, while facilitating massive wealth transfers and consolidation of power among global elites. Their role in the COVID-19 operation demonstrates their capacity to coordinate on a global scale to implement sweeping changes in society, economics, and governance.

Their power and control allows them to pull the strings of governance and finance at the international, national, regional, state and local levels. We saw this clearly throughout the Covid-19 campaign where diktats from the highest corridors of power trickled down to regional, state and county health departments all the way into local school systems and virtually all areas of civic society.

Without the COVID-19 smokescreen, this widespread racketeering operation and the ongoing historical wealth transfer would have been exposed for what they are – ongoing theft by the financial aristocracy. The plandemic provided the perfect cover for this massive economic restructuring, allowing for unprecedented bailouts and wealth consolidation under the guise of emergency measures.

The COVID-19 operation thus served as both a distraction from and a facilitator of one of the largest upward transfers of wealth in human history.
