I am translating and publishing an article by Uwe Froschauer here, which provides important, additional information about the RKI protocols. The reason for this publication in my Substack is the similarities in how a highly harmful agenda could be orchestrated at the international level under the false pretense of a health threat. What the author does not mention is the fact that this orchestration was managed by the military. The civil institutions were disempowered and had no say. The German Robert Koch Institute (RKI) was simply used for a label fraud. The agenda was not carried out in the interests of German citizens, but against them. The health threat in the form of an alleged “pandemic” was simply invented and the evidence was falsified.

The Robert Koch Institute is the most important health authority in Germany, reporting directly to the Minister of Health, currently Karl Lauterbach. It is bound by his instructions, although Karl Lauterbach and many media outlets have repeatedly emphasized the RKI's independence from the government. The release of the RKI's Corona protocols was forced in court. The heavily redacted documents were nevertheless able to show that RKI only served politics to introduce a kind of brutal dictatorship under the pretext of an alleged pandemic situation, to abolish the basic rights of citizens, to introduce censorship and to operate with bio-terrorist means. Germany has not seen such brutality, which does not even stop at the right to free self-determination over one's own body, for almost 80 years. The pandemic was a lie and the supposed health protection was a terror enforced from above that no one could have expected before.

The protocols also showed that the RKI had nothing to decide, but merely announced the politicians' instructions and only pretended that the institute was announcing its own, scientifically based assessment of the situation. In reality, there was nothing about the measures that was based on real scientific findings. The decisions came exclusively from corrupt politics and had nothing to do with health protection. It was a terror that caused people to die or suffer lifelong health damage from toxic pseudo-vaccinations.

The German journalist group APOLUT published an article by Uwe Froschauer on its website on April 6, 2024. The article reflects the mood among alternative media journalists in Germany and, what I find even more important, provides somewhat more detailed information about the published RKI protocols. The Corona scam happened in most countries around the world, with a similarity that we could all marvel at. Not only were the fabricated tales of a supposedly deadly virus spread in most countries, but the handling of the statistics was also similarly fraudulent. The pandemic did not happen, and the alleged illness called “Covid-19” was a renamed group of respiratory diseases that occur seasonally each year. The forced release of the RKI minutes in court provides us with valuable information about the basis on which the biggest fraud of all time could have arisen. The parallels and similarities in the course of fraud in many countries at the same time make this article interesting in other parts of the world. That was the reason for my translation, to which I added a few notes of my own. For reasons of comprehensibility and user-friendliness, I had to shorten the article slightly at one point without distorting the meaning and message of the article. The RKI protocols show, even in the partially censored version: The corona measures were an instrument of oppression that had nothing to do with health care.

“Mistakes were made.” And we all make mistakes, right? That's what can happen: deceiving, tyrannizing and depriving 84 million people in Germany of their rights, causing irreparable harm to thousands of them. Seniors locked away, unvaccinated people humiliated, an economy in shambles, children who had no room to breathe and their development was severely impaired... Who wants to be so resentful? The RKI files, which Multipolar magazine fought to have released in court, were blacked out in key areas. But even in this version they show: the time for lies, repression and excuses is over. Here a population was knowingly deceived - for political motives, with the support of a science that was abused and allowed itself to be abused. Those responsible are still squirming and don't want to be the ones who did it. Therefore, ruthless clarification is necessary. The author summarizes important findings from the confusing large file and works out what they mean for all of us.

Freedom of information or freedom of access to information means having the right to access official information. Authorities, for example, can be obliged to publish their files and processes. This is intended to create transparency for the public (principle of publicity). To achieve this, the Freedom of Information Act (in German : IFG) was passed in Germany in 2006 to enable democratic opinion and decision-making as well as increased political participation by the population.

After a long legal dispute between the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) and the online magazine “Multipolar”, the RKI had to release the internal protocols of its Corona crisis team, which ran to more than 2,500 pages. The plaintiff Multipolar published the explosive documents on March 20, 2024. However, more than 1,000 passages of the protocols are blacked out. I wonder why? For this purpose, the RKI commissioned the Raue law firm, which carried out the redactions - paid for, of course, with taxpayers' money. The document prepared by the Raue lawyers alone with the reasons for the redactions is 1,059 pages long. See here <1> .

The internal protocols show how the RKI came to its “wrong” recommendations.

If one could have pleaded for wrong decisions and “that can happen to anyone” before these papers were published, this is no longer possible for the RKI and especially for the political masterminds behind it - and that's a good thing.

Lothar Wieler – a veterinarian, recipient of the Federal Cross of Merit in January 2024 and then head of the RKI - announced on March 17, 2020 in succinct words that the risk assessment for the health of the population in Germany had been changed by Corona and would from now on be assessed as high. He justified this with increasing dynamics - regarding Corona - and with the number of cases continuing to rise. In March 2020, the number of cases tripled in proportion to a tripling of tests. Who would have thought?! Nevertheless, 2020 was a moderate year in terms of mortality. Well so what! The absolutely meaningless lockdown began on March 22, 2020. This changed risk assessment, which was still low to medium at the end of February 2020, radically changed the lives of people in Germany for the next few years.

On the basis of this danger identified by the RKI, politicians decided on drastic restrictions on freedom, such as the closure of daycare centers, schools, restaurants, shops, sports facilities, churches, 3G, 2G and the like. The judiciary helped diligently because the courts used this risk assessment as a legal basis to pass all corona measures. They dismissed the complaints from those affected against the measures with reference to the RKI's risk assessment - which was, so to speak, the gold standard of the Corona era in Germany.

The most important findings from the contents of the RKI protocols.

The RKI warned politicians not to stir up panic, exclude unvaccinated people, close schools and so on. The politicians, who were in a frenzy of power, were not interested.

Stefan Hockertz <2> compressed these findings in his channel “Professor Dr. Stefan Hockertz Original Science” as follows :

“RKI files summary:

1. Covid-19 is no more dangerous than the flu.

2. Risk increase to “pandemic” at the request of a single, external actor.

3. No evidence that the mask requirement is effective (not even FFP2).

4. Aerosols do not play a significant role.

5. It was known that lockdowns were more dangerous than Corona itself.

6. No evidence of protective effect of mRNA gene therapy (vaccination).

7. Tests without a reason (without disease) are misleading. (Translator's note: The author has not yet been informed that the entire PCR tests were not suitable for diagnostic purposes and their results were 100% misleading. I will inform the author about this as soon as possible and provide him with the relevant data.) .

8. No asymptomatic transmission.

9. No evidence-based risk assessment downgrade for political reasons.

10. No infection if Ct values > 30 (PCR test).

11. The “Diamond Princess” cohort study was known but ignored.

12. Incidence cutoff values (35 and 50, respectively) were arbitrarily set by Spahn and Braun.

13. The necessary symptoms (e.g. fever) are declared unnecessary in order to artificially keep the number of cases high.”

It is interesting that in the 2020/21 flu season there were only 564 reported flu infections and 16 deaths, and in 2017/18 there were at least 333,567 infections and 1,665 deaths. The Covid fraud really can no longer be presented more obviously, even for Corona disciples - I think! We were completely ripped off! Excuse the expression.

The RKI also wrote that more people die from a flu wave than from Corona.

Experts like Sucharit Bhakdi have pointed out the futility of masks from the start. FFP2 masks have the same effect as if you wanted to transport sand in a supermarket shopping cart. Facial diapers aka masks were not used for health, but as a symbol of obedience to the government and as muzzles for dissidents. Ethos means doing what you consider to be right and accountable to your conscience; obedience means doing what you are told, regardless of whether it is right. This is how atrocities arise.

Direct negative effects were: significant psychological and physical damage, especially among children.

Author's note on point 12 "Diamond Princess": Catastrophic mismanagement of a health emergency on the cruise ship "Diamond Princess" in Japan, where more than 3,700 passengers and crew were placed in isolation for 17 days. The number of infected people increased from 10 initially to 705 during this period, and six people died.

Professor Klaus Stöhr, the former WHO pandemic commissioner, also came to similar results when analyzing the RKI protocols, albeit somewhat more cautiously and not as directly as Professor Hockertz. Lots of “new” insights, right? The documents prove that there never was a pandemic and that the corona dictatorship was possible on the basis of a corona lie and a corona fraud on the people.

Should the RKI also have to revoke the redactions through a court ruling (which Multipolar has sued for and which is already being demanded by various politicians), it will probably be very difficult for many decision-makers to maintain their status. This would be extremely desirable in the course of processing social memory.

On March 28, 2024, the public pressure on Karl Lauterbach became too great and he announced <6> maximum transparency by “de-blacking” the protocols as much as possible, but this could take a few weeks.

The misled, misguided “guinea pigs” are just learning what the elites and politicians and their media and academic prostitutes have done to them. Corona was and is not the only scare-causing club. In addition, the climate club and not to forget the “Putin club” are currently popular tools for maintaining people’s fear levels. Since the attack on the concert hall near Moscow on March 22, 2024, fear of terrorism has been emphasized again.

The most explosive findings from the RKI files will be examined in more detail below. For this purpose, I use, among other things, text passages from my last article about Karl Lauterbach <7> .

In addition to the above-mentioned, ominous "signal generator", which is currently the subject of particular discussion, and whose origin has already been named by Karl Lauterbach within the RKI - whoever believes it will be blessed - the effects of various court rulings should be particularly highlighted.

With their judgments based on the RKI risk assessment, the courts have practically given politicians a free pass for political arbitrariness.

The Federal Constitutional Court's ruling on the federal emergency brake, for example, stipulated that if certain incidence levels were reached - completely independent of the medical situation - curfews could be imposed and schools could be closed. Applications from dissidents were rejected or rejected. The result of these court rulings and the resulting measures or the measures and their judicial confirmation should be clear to you - you have experienced it first hand painfully.

In another ruling, the Federal Constitutional Court wrote that the RKI and the Paul Ehrlich Institute (PEI) were independent and made this the basis of its decision, which led, for example, to facility-specific vaccination requirements and the vaccination of soldiers. In reality, both the RKI and the PEI are subordinate authorities that report to the Ministry of Health and therefore the Minister of Health.

A protocol from January 8, 2021 states: “Are we saying goodbye to the narrative (i.e. fairy tale, author’s note) of herd immunity?” Precarious, especially since the manufacturers and the regulatory authorities never assumed herd immunity! “Protect yourself and others” and similar slogans that were intended to encourage healthy people to take the often fatal vaccination. This “narrative” was later used to base the facility-related vaccination requirement - in my opinion unconstitutional, criminal - as well as the discussion about the general vaccination requirement, which was almost passed. And all this despite fundamental doubts from the RKI a year earlier about the principle of herd immunity through vaccination. The declared goal of herd immunity was dismissed by the experts at the RKI as merely a “narrative”. It wasn't anything more! A fairy tale!

Health Minister Lauterbach claimed <8> on March 25, 2024:

“The Robert Koch Institute did the right thing back then, regardless of political instructions.”

It is clear from this protocol that “indicators” were emphatically demanded by politicians! What would you, Mr. Lauterbach, call your recent statement based on this irrefutable evidence? Hats off to your physical control, Mr. Lauterbach, for not even blushing when you announce such demonstrably false statements.

Dear readers, please take a look at the almost two-minute video from the Reuters video channel, taken from the SZ, so that you can see how a career in politics can change a person's character.

These connections between political instructions from ministries, subordinate institutes and courts show that separation of powers was no longer present - and in my opinion is not present today either. This calls into question the rule of law principle of a democracy. If we should have a constitutional state, then he can prove it now.

Further reactions to the RKI protocols

The accusation of political influence in this “specific case” is “off the table” for the Tagesschau ( ARD), witch is known for supervised thinking (Note from the translator : Tagesschau / ARD is German pro-government MSM ), because the respective passages were blacked out exclusively to protect internal RKI employees. I think I noticed commentator Nadin Bader blushing slightly when reading her comment <9> . Look for yourself:

The commentator Christian Sievers began his comment with the following words:
“Whoever has made a mistake and does not correct it commits a second one. You don't have to be Confucius to see the truth in the saying..."
Truly a wise saying, but one that shouldn't even be a small consolation to all those injured and killed by the Corona measures. The mainstream media such as ZDF participated in the exclusion of those who think differently during Corona times. They have in no way fulfilled their obligation to conduct objective journalism that is independent of the government.
Sievers further said:
“It is the time in which the climate is becoming harsher, in which cracks appear in society, which still exist today, in which everyone has to correct themselves repeatedly : science, politics, including us in the media!”

You're right, Mr. Sievers. However, I can only take your words seriously if your broadcaster also relentlessly pushes for the Corona events to be dealt with immediately before a committee that is not put together by politicians. In my opinion, everything else is lip service with which the mainstream media wants to get out of the affair for which they are partly responsible - without causing any major damage.

Shortly after the protocols appeared, the presenter Nguyen-Kim did a show about the fact that erring is human (on MAITHINK X – The Show, on ZDF). That's right. But to hear this from the mouth of a driving propagandist who called for compulsory vaccination is more than disturbing <10> :

“From a rational point of view, compulsory vaccination is even less extreme than compulsory seat belts in the car. Because the seat belt only protects me, one could argue that 'it's everyone's fault who doesn't fasten their seat belt'. But anyone who gets vaccinated not only protects themselves, but also others.”

Well, Nguyen-Kim, who may have imagined herself to be a scientist, was clearly mistaken. In this respect, she and her show should be questioned, as should the work of the scientists supporting the corona measures. Well, the “sheep” still clapped in their “mistake” show. The gossipers do not seem to have been aware that this “mistake” deprived hundreds of thousands of people of their economic livelihood during Corona times, drove many to suicide, restricted the freedom of 83 million people and caused psychological and physical damage to millions. In addition, some were killed as a result of the measures. Once a sheep – always a sheep? I hope not, but rather that some herd animals will awaken through the published files.

On page <11> the “error show” could be read:

“We all make mistakes, but they are not welcome in our performance-driven society. Unfortunately. Using various examples, MAITHINK X presents the scientific perspective on mistakes and encourages you to fail.”

Now to the critical reactions that do not support the government narrative.

The long-time head of a Bavarian health department, Friedrich Pürner, who was “punished” because of critical statements during the Corona period, said:

"Wonderful. The released RKI files impressively show how right the so-called 'covidiots, lateral thinkers and swearers' were. One could almost think that the RKI was the stronghold of all critics. The RKI files prove that one could know better with technical knowledge.”

Pürner also said <12> :

“Karl Lauterbach (translator's note : German Minister of Health ) , when and where will you comment on the RKI protocols that have been sued? In ARD focal point? Here on X? In the federal press conference? The population has questions.”
“The RKI is hanging like a puppet on the strings of the Federal Ministry of Health.”

Wolfgang Kubicki (FDP-Party):
“I therefore call on Karl Lauterbach to publish all the minutes of the RKI crisis team without redactions.”

“It is becoming increasingly clear that the Robert Koch Institute for Health Policy served as a scientific facade for Jens Spahn and probably also Karl Lauterbach.” ( … )

Martin Sichert (AfD-Party) pointed out that the RKI protocols showed “that the corona measures were not based on scientific facts, but were politically planned”.

No question, and worldwide, see Event 201! Sichert appealed to the other factions with the following words:

“Take a look at the protocols of the RKI crisis team and set up a Corona investigation committee together with us. The public has a right to know what really happened back then.”

World author Tim Röhn himself posted <14> on X:

“The RKI files prove that the German Corona policy – contrary to what was claimed – was never scientifically based…”

Nick Hudson, Chairman of Pandemics Data & Analytics (PANDA) wrote <15> on X:

“The previously secret protocols show how the RKI internally supported the theses of the lockdown critics, but stirred up panic externally in order to legitimize evidence-free lockdowns and vaccination requirements.”

Hudson also said:

“Covid is a political, not a medical, phenomenon. It was all a scam. Everything."

about the RKI files RTL WEST boss Jörg Zajonc asked the rhetorical question <16> :

“Was everything completely different than what was said, did politics with Corona not strictly follow science?”

Of course not, it was as clear as dumpling broth!

The coronavirus pandemic was an instrument of oppression that had nothing to do with health and evidence-based science, absolutely nothing!

This was clear from the beginning to real experts like Sucharit Bhakdi, Wolfgang Wodarg and also to non-experts like yourself. You don't have to be unconvinced, Mr. Zajonc! With common sense and not misguided by manipulation and normopathy, you could literally smell the stench of the Corona lie! When dissidents are discredited, defamed, labeled and sometimes even persecuted and the possibility of researching better and cheaper drugs such as ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine and chloroquine is not even remotely permitted, but the massively harmful mRNA vaccines that extremely enrich the pharmaceutical industry are pushed , then the alarm bells should be ringing for every sane person!

Nevertheless, thank you, Mr. Zajonc, for your comment, even if your broadcaster's “insight” comes rather late. As a medium that, according to the broadcasting contract, is supposed to objectively contribute to the free formation of opinions of the population, regardless of the government's opinion, you should have researched in this direction as early as 2020. Like almost all mainstream media, your medium also “joined in”.

Nonetheless, thanks also for the following statement in your comment from March 27, 2024:

“We need a reappraisal. Now. Open, honest, ruthless. From an independent source.”

I hope this isn't just lip service and that your station - as well as most other mainstream media - finally takes the right side, that of the people!

Further current developments and consequences

The Standing Vaccination Commission (STIKO), a voluntary, 19-member expert group subordinate to the RKI, has also blacked out a significant portion of its protocols. The minutes of the 106th STIKO meeting were approved by the new STIKO staff in March 2024 with extensive redactions and omissions: In the agenda (page 1), 16 names of those responsible for the respective topics are blacked out out of a total of 22 names. The list of the numerous other participants, external guests and so on, has been deleted without replacement. I wonder why? In my opinion, the STIKO issued more than questionable recommendations during the corona pandemic.

The Free Vaccination Decision Initiative (IFI) called on the Robert Koch Institute and the Federal Ministry of Health as well as the STIKO to ensure comprehensive transparency.

The STIKO was replaced in March 2024 - 14 people, including the chairman and his deputy, were replaced. Should the old members be taken out of the firing line?

Lauterbach now has to release a controversial report on measures entitled “Stop Covid”, which the Health Minister proudly presented in July 2023 and confirms to him and the government a successful Corona policy, on instructions from the Chancellery - something Lauterbach has resisted for a long time. The report was intended to draw a line under the federal government’s “successful” corona policy. You can guess who created this report three times: the RKI! A single web of lies!

Foreign countries are closely monitoring developments in Germany. The FPÖ (an Austrian party - translator's note) is now calling on the Austrian federal government to disclose all of the protocols of the corona committees. One can hope for a global domino effect.

More and more politicians, such as the former Prime Minister of North Rhine-Westphalia Armin Laschet (North Rhine-Westphalia is one of the German federal states - translator's note), are calling for greater transparency.

Lies have short legs. The truth always comes out at some point.

Mind you, I added a few blue notes, re-watching these cockroach celebrities, pushing the jabs.

Point out to your circle that these people pushed dangerous injections. They obviously don’t know much, but they were used to coerce the rest of us. As a result lots of people were injured and there were deaths too. Plus we learned that some ordinary people really are disgusting in the things they’ll say and do to others they don’t agree with. Just so that when this bunch of slime balls pop up the next time, we won’t think “They must know something because they wouldn’t promote something dangerous”. Yes, they would & did.

How many of them have appeared on TV to prostrate themselves and seek forgiveness? That’ll be none, ever. Revolting people.

Don’t let them get away with it.
