What Malone, Steve Kirsch and other DoD spokesmen are doing is a distraction maneuver to keep attention away from the intentional toxicity of the biochemical weapons, the DoD/WHO control of the programs, and the fact that biodefense is camouflage for straight-up State-sponsored biowarfare, conducted by bringing pharmaceutical companies into the military-industrial-Congressional complex, calling bioweapons vaccines, and terrifying people into taking them under public health emergency and pandemic narratives.
More county and state lawmakers are starting to figure out the federal mass murder program and work on responses to protect the people in their political jurisdictions.
So the Monster is deploying Malone, Kirsch and the rest of the narrative-management team to take the SV-40 story in the wake of Kevin McKernan and others doing more sequencing studies, and direct it away from US kill box laws, DoD, WHO, intentionality and the intrinsic lethality of all mRNA platform technologies, toward civil suits against Pfizer for adulteration and contamination.
They are trying to shield the mRNA technology and vaccination program platforms, and the public health emergency geopolitical and legal platforms from growing public understanding of what’s really going on, so that the Monster can keep using public health emergency laws, orchestrated pandemics, vaccines, and mRNA-platform poisons to sicken and kill many more people for many years to come.

The Central Banking-Warfare Model
For approximately 500 years, the Western world has operated on an economic model sometimes referred to as the “central banking-warfare model.” In brief, the central banks create money, and the military and intelligence services make sure that the money is accepted in trade for labor and natural resources; military-intelligence players also help provide the necessary enforcement that supports liquidity of the money and related instruments such as bonds and stocks. (For a full description, see my discussion of the dollar system in my 2019 report, The State of Our Currencies: The End of Currencies.2)
Every 100 or so years, the reserve currency system seems to go through a reset. We are currently in the midst of such a reset. For centuries, dominance of trade routes, and particularly the sea lanes, helped to determine the reserve currency; the British Navy—and then the U.S. Navy—played an important role in this regard. As more and more information, transactions, surveillance, and even weaponry have been processed by or with the help of satellites, dominance of the satellite lanes also has grown in importance. Hence, we see the military creating the U.S. Space Force.
I remember a famous reporter who once was fired by a major network as they censored her story about sarin gas (a chemical nerve agent). Senior management and the network’s general counsel had already edited, approved, and cleared the story for publication. Nevertheless, it was canceled because DOD made it clear that the network, which was highly dependent on satellite operations, might find itself experiencing interference. In theory, that meant that the network might find its broadcasts running slower than those of its competitors, or might be subject to interruptions or even be shut down. At the Solari Report, we certainly have experienced these phenomena many times, particularly when we are covering highly sensitive topics. These forms of interference can be quite expensive and hard on team morale, as well as alienating and frustrating our subscribers. This is one of the reasons we now prerecord our shows.
All media operations and financial institutions depend on reliable high-speed communications. That means that DOD controls their hardware—whether cables under the ocean or satellites in the sky. That’s why, when you see a movie or a media story distributed in the Western world, you can appreciate that DOD let it happen. Not every movie or media story is allowed through.
Playing controller and traffic cop on both the sea and satellite lanes requires building an expensive global infrastructure that has very high maintenance costs. Although the U.S. central bank and its owners can create that money out of thin air, the labor and resources they trade for must carry the full expense of the infrastructure and generate a return. The growing costs—and the opportunities afforded by new digital technologies—mean that central bankers will find central control of infrastructure, surveillance, and enforcement inherently attractive.

“One of the great puzzles of history is why governments always go into debt and seldom attempt to put themselves on a "pay-as- you-go" basis. A partial answer is that kings and politicians lack the courage to tax their subjects the enormous sums that would be required under such an arrangement. There is also the deeper question of why the expenditures are so high in the first place.
Given the mentality of the world's financial lords and masters, as Disraeli described them, it is conceivable that a coldly calculated strategy has been developed over the years to insure this result.
In fact, the historical evidence strongly suggests that just such a plan was developed in eighteenth-century Europe and perfected in twentieth-century America. For the purposes of hypothetical analysis, let us identify this strategy as The Rothschild Formula.
THE FORMULA
Let us imagine a man who is totally pragmatic. He is smarter and more cunning than most men and, in fact, holds them in thinly disguised contempt. He may respect the talents of a few, but has little concern over the condition of mankind. He has observed that kings and politicians are always fighting over something or other and has concluded that wars are inevitable. He also has learned that wars can be profitable, not only by lending or creating the money to finance them, but from government favoritism in the granting of commercial subsidies or monopolies. He is not capable of such a primitive feeling as patriotism, so he is free to participate in the funding of any side in any conflict, limited only by factors of self interest. If such a man were to survey the world around him, it is not difficult to imagine that he would come to the following conclusions which would become the prime directives of his career:
1. War is the ultimate discipline to any government. If it can successfully meet the challenge of war, it will survive. If it cannot, it will perish. All else is secondary. The sanctity of its laws, the prosperity of its citizens, and the solvency of its treasury will be quickly sacrificed by any government in its primal act of self-survival.
2. All that is necessary, therefore, to insure that a government will maintain or expand its debt is to involve it in war or the threat of war. The greater the threat and the more destructive the war, the greater the need for debt.
3. To involve a country in war or the threat of war, it will be necessary for it to have enemies with credible military might. If such enemies already exist, all the better. If they exist but lack military strength, it will be necessary to provide them the money to build their war machine. If an enemy does not exist at all, then it will be necessary to create one by financing the rise of a hostile regime.
4. The ultimate obstacle is a government which declines to finance its wars through debt. Although this seldom happens, when it does, it will be necessary to encourage internal political opposition, insurrection, or revolution to replace that government with one that is more compliant to our will. The assassination of heads of state could play an important role in this process.
5. No nation can be allowed to remain militarily stronger than its adversaries, for that could lead to peace and a reduction of debt. To accomplish this balance of power, it may be necessary to finance both sides of the conflict. Unless one of the combatants is hostile to our interests and, therefore, must be destroyed, neither side should be allowed a decisive victory or defeat. While we must always proclaim the virtues of peace, the unspoken objective is perpetual war."

“ Orientation for new readers - American Domestic Bioterrorism Program - Tools for dismantling kill box anti-law
I'm on some email mailing lists for some of the more prominent 'medical freedom movement' organizations.
Without naming the organizations or the individual leaders, below is my analysis of recent messages from movement leaders that can be paraphased as "Yay, we did it!," especially regarding campaigns directed at the World Health Organization, and "Next target!," especially regarding gain-of-function research on so-called pathogens with pandemic potential.
The things they don't talk about matter more than what they do talk about.
“Yay, we did it!” focused on WHO campaigns, is a method to induce readers, listeners and viewers to misunderstand and ignore legal authorities already centralized by domestic communicable disease control law, vaccine production and supply contracts (domestic and international), and international Mutual Recognition Agreements, already invoked and enforced during Covid, and to a lesser extent, during previous alleged pandemics.
Currently there's also a focus on "gain-of-function" laboratory activity as a source of pandemic-potential pathogens, as contrasted with naturally-evolving or zoonotic pathogens.
These fake targets for public distress — imminent (rather than accomplished) centralization of global public-health-predicated governing authority, deadly global pandemic-potential pathogens and gain of function research — are offered for several reasons :
