I’m familiar with attempts to edit function of genes by systematically varying one of the base pairs in each position in the gene.
A now classified technique is called an “alanine scan”. Different amino acids have side chains that vary by size, charge & lipophilicity. The smallest, simplest and uncharged residue or side chain is alanine, a mere methyl (-CH3) group.
Much of the function of a protein turns on the properties of the side chains of the amino acids in the protein of polypeptide sequence.
Systemically swapping each out for an alanine, followed by checking specific functions of the protein, called an alanine scan, can be very informative about what the overall function of the gene product is.
It’s far from easy, trying to deduce the function, or the point, of the gene.
The way we classify the results of each experiment in that alanine scan is to note no changes in function, a loss of function (if it no longer does what the original or native gene) or - and here’s where I think this all comes from - a gain of function (if it does the same thing the native form did, but more potently, ie at lower concentrations, or if it now has a function that wasn’t there originally).
I think the terms we used in this molecule biology technique, coupled with biochemistry techniques, which were N (neutral), LOF (loss of function) or GOF (gain of function) are the origin of the fictional technique called Gain Of Function research.
In other words, the scary-sounding “Gain Of Function” term has been “weaponised”, to use the modern slang.
As a discipline, GOF does not exist. It’s a possible result (GOF) from use of an exploratory technique.
I expect if you searched Google Scholar for “alanine scan” & “gain of function”, you’ll find papers utilising what I’ve described very badly.
I further expect if there are papers purely on “Gain of Function” that they’ll either be recent, like the last 15-20 years or less, or we’ll find that the author of a review or a research paper is still mixed up today with the fraud on humanity.
There’s no scientific evidence for acute respiratory illnesses being infectious in nature and especially not contagious. Review of a large trove of published research, attempting to demonstrate transmission of symptoms, aka contagion, all report failure. There is no scientific study in which a so-called “respiratory virus” can be detected or truly isolated. The obvious explanation is that the entire field is lies. The illnesses are real. The attribution to “virus” is scientifically unsupported logically.
I must add PCR fraud here, because the misuse of this powerful technique (invented after I’d qualified) has been the core means whereby the authorities can get their “pandemic”. However all they have is false positives. You’ll never see an absolutely fundamental aspect of any analogous diagnostic procedure & thars the “operational false positive rate”. Low OFPRs can generate very satisfactory numbers of fake “cases”, if enough tests are run daily.
In the case of the fake “covid19” “pandemic”, the radical changes in medical practices in hospitals, care homes and the community rather predictably led to large numbers of deaths. This is called “Iatrogenic” deaths or “death by doctor”.
There’s the “pandemic”.
Pandemics are immunologically implausible and I think impossible.

A key factor for this to work & sneak past people’s logical minds is the ease with the perpetrators are able to scare people.
Another is the prevalence of common or garden illnesses that can be deliberately misclassified as the scary new “pandemic disease”.
This is because these diseases are real. Flu & colds are real. If you can misattribute the cause of the person’s illness, and modify medical procedures such that they’re killed by medical staff ( I suspect often they’re completely unaware of what was happening ), stir in some PCR based testing fraud and bingo, a “pandemic”.
The potency of this psychological operation pivots exquisitely on near universal belief that many illnesses are caused by submicroscopic infectious pathogens called viruses. This is certainly untrue.
Gain of Function is merely part of maintaining the PsyOp of scary, contagious, disease-causing diseases. It’s another kind of fraud, containing some real things, the cause of which are attributed to non-existent viruses.

Who benefits from fear ?
The perpetrators did not hold on for long to the interpretation that the alleged SARS-CoV-2 virus was of purely zoonotic origin. The initial lie was soon replaced by another lie ( GoF ) to spread fear of bioweapons. The real bioweapons came a short time later : under the pretext of a fictitious plandemic that had been planned and tested for years, they were injected into most of the earth's inhabitants.
Anthony Fauci's highly secure emails were allegedly hacked to reveal the "biggest CIA secret of all time" ?
It was precisely this version that led to the worst fears and turned large parts of society into egocentric hypochondriacs. For the perpetrators, GoF became the most useful lie they could invent. This includes the myth that parts of the HIV virus were added to SARS-CoV-2, which could cause terrible health consequences.
The myth of the manipulated virus that damages and decomposes the immune system was born, and the lie drove billions of people straight to the most toxic "vaccination" needle of all time.
However, we do know that VAIDS (Vaccine Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome) is the result of the intentionally harmful mechanism of action of the mRNA bioweapon. The immune system not only kills the synthetic proteins that do not belong to the body and are expressed by body cells, but also the Body cells that express these proteins. Which body organ becomes ill or fails is simply a question of the unpredictable distribution of the toxic substance. The topic of "GoF" is important for another reason too. This is where the next big lie has its origins. The statistics show that the high excess mortality of humanity only began with the introduction of the bioweapon. The mRNA injection orgy began in December 2020 and by spring 2021 the deaths were so high that they could no longer be covered up. In 2020, when the perpetrators claimed the invented "Covid pandemic", there were no figures worldwide to prove this. The waves of spread of a nonexistent virus were naturally also undetectable. The false “pandemic” began worldwide at the same time as the WHO declared the pandemic and the deadly hospital protocols came into force ( https://suavek1.substack.com/p/the-who-treatment-protocols-13-march ).
The statistical tricks used in some regions in connection with the fatal hospital protocols have not been able to increase the global death statistics despite these criminal efforts. The context of the transport of corpses by military trucks in Bergamo has also been clarified. It was nothing other than a media lie related to the ban on normal burial in the ground. In Catholic Italy there were too few crematoria, so the bodies had to be transported far south for the ordered cremation. Nothing is left of the "pandemic" claimed at the time by the terrorist organization WHO, because everything has since been disproved.
Despite the overwhelming evidence, the perpetrators and their bought media continue to claim that the current excess mortality is either a late consequence of the then “deadly virus SARS-CoV-2” or, even stranger: it is due to the alleged anthroposophical climate change, which they also invented.
The story of the alleged parts of the HIV virus that were mixed into SARS-CoV-2 is therefore no coincidence. It is now intended to help the perpetrators cover up the targeted mass murder, for which the construction of the bioweapon alone provides sufficient, but not the only, evidence. The invention of the "pandemic" and the recommendations of the bioweapon to pregnant women and children are also among the strongest evidence of the deadly intent.
The claim that a dangerous new virus has existed since 2019/2020 that causes health damage that can lead to death even years after the alleged "Covid recovery" is, in my opinion, a fairy tale invented to cover up mass murder.
In 2020, there can be no talk of an exceptional health threat, as the statistical figures, including the official ones, do not reflect this. However, the other authors have long since exposed the fraud in their countries. In real science, the numbers are considered to be much more conclusive than a mere claim.
We should remember that the alleged GoF, together with the claim of the alleged HIV virus share, is still used by perpetrators to explain the excessive deaths, which currently amount to up to 40% in some age groups. What's more, the claim of HIV parts was based only on a computer model that scientists can order from a database that is not overseen by the public. But that is another rabbit hole that will be covered in another article. For now, suffice it to say that such databases operate in total darkness and are managed by dubious companies. The fact that the bioweapon weakens the immune system and thus causes VAIDS is considered just as proven as the fact that no viruses increased the global death rate in 2020.

I can hold my hand up and honestly say that for the most part I don’t understand a lot of the scientific explanations given to explain things like gof, or as I like to call it, GAME OF FAUCI, or how the “vaccine” actually does what it was designed to do, maime and murder, but one thing I do know and have done from almost day one is that the whole scamdemic was about one thing (well not just one thing, this is a multi faceted thing constructed by evil entities going back 100’s of years) and that was to kill billions of us useless eaters and use our puppet government to implement it! As such I never complied with any of it, masking, social distancing and the killer shot and I will never comply to sheer evil! And the one person who I have trusted completely throughout everything has been Dr Mike Yeadon, a true man of truth and common decency, there aren’t many like him and there sure as hell aren’t any like him in the cabal run government, well with one exception, Andrew Bridgen.
