A foreword

Do you want the perpetrators to be punished ? Have you read "The Little Guide to Justice Under Adverse Circumstances yet" ?

In the game of chess, victory does not come about because the pieces move as they want and can immediately make the opponent's decisive attack. Victory takes place in several moves and the moves of the respective chess pieces follow certain rules. However, this does not happen immediately. It seems to me that it is similar in the area of justice. I think this applies even if we want to punish the perpetrators of the disastrous Corona fraud and their willing helpers.

Oh, I know that forced patience can become a serious burden to the honest heart that cries out for immediate justice. Unfortunately, I cannot change the rules of the game that reality dictates. I can also confirm without irony that the current reality seems a bit unnatural to me too and that is probably why it actually harms our hearts. That's why I say about forced patience that it can be damaging to the nerves and at the same time tactically advantageous. Like a dentist's office, right ?

Of course, this is my personal view, which might need to be reconsidered, and not a real instruction or guide. However, my concern is to make a difficult tasting a little more pleasant and, above all, a little easier to digest. I can only hope a little irony is okay with you.

When the honest heart cries out for immediate justice...

Sometimes we find that the situation requires us to think very quickly. But in certain other cases we find that slower thinking seems to be more effective. The desired punishment of the perpetrators and their willing helpers, who have been trampling on recognized human rights with their greedy feet since 2020, is a respectable desire for justice that comes from the deep heart. The unsuspecting 5.5 billion people have had their immune systems ruined to varying degrees and mRNA technology has so far taken the lives of approximately 17 million people. At the same time, we are dealing with propaganda that has been well prepared for over two decades and which destroys any clarification and enlightenment of what happened. Given the omnipresent corruption and the current unfavorable balance of power, I prefer to think more slowly, i.e. with a little less involvement of emotions.

At this point I think of the less demanding task of reminding people of their most basic and inalienable rights. At the same time, I ask myself why such a task is rarely heard on truth channels at the moment? Maybe because it's not a brilliant task, but rather a boring one? But what if the gray and boring reconnaissance tactics can achieve the highest effectiveness? Wasn't that the constant repetition of the slogan about the supposedly "safe and effective" Bioweapon that enabled the perpetrators to achieve the absurd success of their terrible goals ?

I think that a legal assessment of the current situation by several lawyers would have had some weight in forming the general opinion. I see a need to catch up on this point. This would be a contribution to providing more clarity to people who are now completely confused. The confused also include people in relatively high positions who believe it is merely a temporary scientific and/or political error.

A group of independent, perhaps now retired, lawyers is more difficult to defame than individual lawyers or academics. The German "Stiftung Corona-Ausschuss" was important, but it hasn't quite brought the desired result yet. I think that this was not only due to the accusations and attempts to defame Reiner Fuellmich, but also partly due to the generally weak cooperation of all alternative media as a whole. Above all, it was not explained to the viewer, or not sufficiently, that even in the event of a real pandemic (which cannot exist for plausible reasons), no one is allowed to dispose of their body. It often happens that an expert cannot imagine that in the general confusion a person can simply forget the ABCs of their basic rights. The propaganda tried to draw our attention to completely different, “extraordinary” but fictional details of the plandemic, far away from our normal understanding of the world. The alternative media could have filled this knowledge gap, but they didn't.

The fact that we are dealing with a global crime should be understood by a larger number of people as quickly as possible. This can ensure that the next inhumane regulations will no longer be followed. To this day, only a few people realize that they have the right to physical inviolability and the sole right to physical self-determination. Therefore, they have little or no idea about the serious crime that has been committed against you. A legal group in an alternative medium could shed some light on this topic for viewers.

Although punishing the perpetrators is an important issue, I find breaking the criminal chain of command to be the most urgent task for today. What I mean here is a specific order of events:

1. Education about personal rights so that the crime is widely understood ( The mechanism of repression from consciousness should not be underestimated, even among highly educated people ).

2. The general outrage that affects not only a small, enlightened group of people, but also local politicians, the police, the legal system and the military.

3. The punishment of the perpetrators. To the dismay of many, I believe that punishment of the perpetrators is only possible here, in the third place.

Please don't kid yourself. In my opinion the sequence described above cannot be skipped. However, a tiny group of lawyers in the alternative media can successfully remedy the situation and educate the masses about the first 2 points within a few weeks. If I'm being too optimistic, then it will take a few months, but by no means years. The prerequisite for this success would of course be orchestrated reporting on such a panel discussion in many alternative media at the same time. I believe that these media outlets actually have the ability to work well together on important issues. In this way, the topic of “PCR fraud” was able to be widely spread very successfully.

I suspect that providing citizens with credible information about the ABCs of their inalienable human rights from legal professionals is essential to sparking popular outrage and resisting the behemoth of lies and betrayal we face.

If the stupid NATO propaganda can have such an effect that people go to war without batting an eyelid, then propaganda in the medical and legal area can be even more effective. This is an area that requires significantly more research work if you lack education. Only when the perpetrators' criminal accomplices realize that their lies at best elicit a mild smile from enlightened citizens can the courage of doctors and judges increase under such circumstances and the chain of command can be broken. Only from this point on can legal processing of recent history begin.

An afterword

I don't want to disparage a single piece of high-quality work or its high utility value here. We are all glad that there are top-notch experts. We all greatly admire the professional enlightenment and are very grateful for it. However, I have noticed in my daily life that even in the better educated circles, the basic ABC of knowledge is sometimes missing, as if the loudspeakers of propaganda could override all logical thinking through simple repetitions 24 hours a day. The main aim of my article was therefore to stimulate a certain thought. Perhaps it would be useful to sometimes remind people of the simple human rights that have been and continue to be brutally trampled on in recent years? My concern is that we often unconsciously follow the obsessed with details propaganda, get lost in the details and lose sight of the simplest but very important things that can have a good effect. What I mainly mean here is our right to physical integrity and to self-determination.

I often have the feeling that the multitude of topics imposed by propaganda do not only serve to keep us occupied and distracted by annoying things. I think that these important and yet often secondary topics have been designed to prevent us from concentrating on the main arguments and the essentials. Especially when it comes to the states' contracts with the WHO, the idea of "not allowing yourself to be distracted" may be more important than ever. That's actually all I wanted to suggest here for consideration.

The advance notice of part 2

In part 2 I want to write about the need to name the perpetrators and present my perspective on the topic. The fraud, which has cost many lives so far, has been so organized that very few people know who the enemy actually is. It cannot be seen or reached with a pitchfork.

I would argue that most of the willing helpers of these perpetrators also do not know exactly who they are actually working for. And some people probably won't care as long as the money they earn is right. This gap should be closed as much as possible in the second part.

Another short, very personal explanation

I do not have knowledge of the English language. Yes, I greet you in English, or ask an American how much does it cost to send the respective goods to me, to Germany. That's it. That's why I call what I can do "Ebay English". Because I need every free minute to do my own research and urgently educate other people, I currently have no time left to learn English. The Corona fraud caught me at a bad time in this regard. When I found out that Dr. Mike Yeadon, whose educational videos I knew well, is on Telegram, I decided to join the channel immediately. Back then it was the community Telegram channel that he designed together with Robin Monotti. I've never needed social media before and other than creating my own website, I had no intention of socializing or entertaining myself on the internet. When it comes to social media systems, I'm no genius and to this day I don't know all the tricks and settings, neither with Telegram nor with Substack.

Despite these adverse circumstances, I feel obliged to participate in these two channels in order to make the results of my extensive research on the Internet available to others. I maintain and am certain that Dr. Mike Yeadon and his sincere commitment to educating humanity represent the best possible source of knowledge currently possible. In addition, he is the only person who is very familiar with the details of the design of the drugs and at the same time is willing to talk about it openly, regardless of the losses. I hope that over the last four years you have observed how his conclusions have always been several steps ahead of all other scientists (whom I sometimes respectfully but call “laggards”).

So it would be a real shame if I didn't to share the information I have. And now you know how it happened that a Pole living in Germany, who previously had to learn Russian and German, suddenly finds himself in an English-speaking environment. Writing in English is because my work on English-language channels has brought me a readership that is approximately 95% English-speaking. I would like to ask for your understanding regarding the language errors that I make when writing in English.

I assure you that if I cannot write part 2 of an article immediately, it is in no way due to the usual advertising tricks that we know so well. The fact is that writing in a foreign language requires disproportionately more time and attention than would otherwise have been the case. Therefore, for simple time reasons, I sometimes have to divide my work.

The Nuremberg Code (1947)

Introduction

The judgment by the war crimes tribunal at Nuremberg laid down 10 standards to which physicians must conform when carrying out experiments on human subjects in a new code that is now accepted worldwide.

This judgment established a new standard of ethical medical behaviour for the post World War II human rights era. Amongst other requirements, this document enunciates the requirement of voluntary informed consent of the human subject. The principle of voluntary informed consent protects the right of the individual to control his own body.

This code also recognizes that the risk must be weighed against the expected benefit, and that unnecessary pain and suffering must be avoided.

This code recognizes that doctors should avoid actions that injure human patients.

The principles established by this code for medical practice now have been extended into general codes of medical ethics.

Permissible Medical Experiments

The great weight of the evidence before us to effect that certain types of medical experiments on human beings, when kept within reasonably well-defined bounds, conform to the ethics of the medical profession generally. The protagonists of the practice of human experimentation justify their views on the basis that such experiments yield results for the good of society that are unprocurable by other methods or means of study. All agree, however, that certain basic principles must be observed in order to satisfy moral, ethical and legal concepts:

1. The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This latter element requires that before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental subject there should be made known to him the nature, duration, and purpose of the experiment; the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonably to be expected; and the effects upon his health or person which may possibly come from his participation in the experiment. The duty and responsibility for ascertaining the quality of the consent rests upon each individual who initiates, directs, or engages in the experiment. It is a personal duty and responsibility which may not be delegated to another with impunity.

2. The experiment should be such as to yield fruitful results for the good of society, unprocurable by other methods or means of study, and not random and unnecessary in nature.

3. The experiment should be so designed and based on the results of animal experimentation and a knowledge of the natural history of the disease or other problem under study that the anticipated results justify the performance of the experiment.

4. The experiment should be so conducted as to avoid all unnecessary physical and mental suffering and injury.

5. No experiment should be conducted where there is an a priori reason to believe that death or disabling injury will occur; except, perhaps, in those experiments where the experimental physicians also serve as subjects.

6. The degree of risk to be taken should never exceed that determined by the humanitarian importance of the problem to be solved by the experiment.

7. Proper preparations should be made and adequate facilities provided to protect the experimental subject against even remote possibilities of injury,disability or death.

8. The experiment should be conducted only by scientifically qualified persons. The highest degree of skill and care should be required through all stages of the experiment of those who conduct or engage in the experiment.

9. During the course of the experiment the human subject should be at liberty to bring the experiment to an end if he has reached the physical or mental state where continuation of the experiment seems to him to be impossible.

10. During the course of the experiment the scientist in charge must be prepared to terminate the experiment at any stage, if he has probable cause to believe, in the exercise of the good faith, superior skill and careful judgment required of him, that a continuation of the experiment is likely to result in injury, disability, or death to the experimental subject.
