Hard to imagine why they’d do this unless they expected a “pandemic”.
Do note that “bird flu”, if it exists at all as a discrete illness, is not viral in nature nor contagious. There’s never been a pandemic of acute respiratory illness & there won’t be one.

A PREP Act declaration, which allows the FDA Commissioner to simply decide (with or without data) that the benefit of a bird flu vaccine, drug, test or medical device is likely greater than the risk, and thereby issue an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for the product. Without a license, without standard testing (and possibly with no human testing) an EUA can be issued. It gives the manufacturer, the government, the doctor, the clinic, the shipper—everyone—a waiver of liability for the product.

HHS Secretary Becerra just issued a PREP Act declaration for bird flu. This allows the FDA Commissioner to issue EUAs for bird flu vaccines, with no liability.
The US government has ordered 4.8 million doses of bird flu from the CSL Sequirus company, produced in dog kidney cells and using a dangerous squalene-containing adjuvant.
The AMA issued CPT codes for this vaccine last Friday, so doctors could be reimbursed for administering it.
There have been a total of 11 cases of bird flu in the US since 2022, all mild, most involving just conjunctivitis. None were shown to have been transmitted human-to-human.
Why would you need this vaccine, unless you expected a much more virulent virus to appear which had mysteriously gained the ability to spread between humans?
Will there be another lab-derived pandemic?

I just tripped over this old article, and was surprised to see how overtly the establishment was about the expected poor utility of “covid19 vaccines” in the elderly, the only demographic you’d really consider at major risk.
I remember explicitly writing that “no matter the infectious disease in question, it is NEVER an appropriate response to pretend to solve such a purported “outbreak” using a “vaccine”.
Now, I have sufficient evidence to set aside the entire narrative as a pack of lies.
But it’s important to show that, even if the narrative had been true, bringing forth a novel vaccine could never have been an appropriate response.
It’s important that this is understood, because it provides compelling arguments for pushing back against the lies.
I could write a lengthy essay, and believe I have done so in the past, but just a few of a mass of arguments, each of which independently destroys the narrative of rushing a novel vaccine to the population.
1. The very people who, we were told, were most at risk of severe illness, hospitalization and death from this alleged new viral respiratory disease, the frail elderly, who often are already chronically unwell “May not much be helped by a vaccine”. Why are they most at risk? I believed then that due to immunosenescence, a tired & poorly responsive immune system, they would respond well neither to the pathogen nor to a vaccine. That ends any logical reason for even attempting a rushed global vaccine R&D program. Why were so few people who knew this speaking out?
2. If a case was being set out to jab children, even at this early stage in the development of alleged vaccines, why didn’t anyone point out that showing that the intervention MUST be proven to block or at least appreciably reduce transmission? Recall those studies were never even included in the development plan, as Pfizer executive Janine Small later told an enquiry (she coined the absurd phrase “Moving at the speed of science”).
3. You’d never, ever do this, based simply on the medical ethics. You’d otherwise have the children bear all the risks in return for none of the benefits, if kids were to be jabbed “to save grandma”. It’s a solid NO to even contemplate this.
4. THE most important attribute of an intervention like this is SAFETY, even above efficacy. This because very large numbers of people end up exposed to something of which they have no need. Instead, the manufacturers stopped the purported clinical trials after 2.5 months and offered the injection to everyone in the comparator group.
It’s worth going over the historical arguments because I think it’s highly likely that the perpetrators intend to take another run at us, with new fake GoF pathogen names and diseases, but an otherwise fundamentally similar set of lies. So please be ready.

The extent of criminal fraud and connivance between Pfizer and the U.K. regulator, MHRA is so bad, in relation to the official clinical trial (on the basis of which the “vaccine” was given emergency use authorization) that it would have made the Mafia blush with shame at such transparent lies.
Safe and effective, as they say, isn’t a lie.
It’s two lies.
The difficulty with criminal conspiracy of this magnitude is that almost nobody will believe it has happened.
